At VINOPIE, we want you to be satisfied with your purchase. Please read our policy regarding returns and refunds below.

  1. Returns
    Eligibility: You have 14 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in the original packaging.
    How to Initiate a Return: Please note that we do not offer automatic collection services. To start a return, you must follow these steps:
    1. Contact us at contact@vinopie.com within 14 days of delivery with your order number and the reason for the return.
    2. Once your return is authorized, our team will provide you with the designated return center address and further instructions.
    3. Securely pack the item in its original packaging and ship it back to us.
  2. Refunds
    Once we receive and inspect your item, we will notify you of the status of your refund. If approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment. The time it takes for the credit to appear depends on your card issuer's policies.
  3. Shipping Costs
    - Customer Error: If you return an item due to a change of mind, you are responsible for the return shipping costs. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
    - Seller Error: If you received an incorrect or defective item, we will cover the return shipping costs.
  4. Damaged Items
    If your order arrives damaged, please contact us immediately at
    contact@vinopie.com with photos of the product and packaging for a replacement or refund.
  5. Customs and Duties
    VINOPIE is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer.
