Thank you for visiting and shopping at VINOPIE. The following terms and conditions constitute our Shipping Policy.
1. Order Processing Time
All orders are processed within 3 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or public holidays.
During periods of high order volume, processing and shipment may be delayed. In such cases, we will make reasonable efforts to notify affected customers.
2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
VINOPIE ships orders by air from South Korea to customers worldwide via EMS (Express Mail Service).
Shipping costs are calculated and displayed at checkout based on the destination and selected shipping method.
Estimated delivery times vary by destination but generally range from 7–21 business days.
Please note that delivery times are estimates only and may be affected by customs clearance, local postal services, weather conditions, carrier delays, or other circumstances beyond our control.
3. Shipment Confirmation & Tracking
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipment confirmation email containing tracking information.
Tracking information may take up to 24 hours to become active after shipment.
4. Customs Duties & Taxes
For international orders, customers are responsible for any import duties, taxes, customs fees, or other charges imposed by local authorities unless otherwise stated.
These charges are determined by the destination country and are not controlled by VINOPIE. Please contact your local customs office for additional information.
5. Damaged Shipments
If your order arrives damaged during transit, please contact us at contact@vinopie.com within 14 calendar days of delivery.
To assist with the review process, we may request photographs of the product, packaging, shipping box, and any relevant shipping documentation.
Claims are reviewed on a case-by-case basis in accordance with our Return & Refund Policy.
